After breakfast, you will be picked up by the guide with lunch boxes and start a less than a 3-hours’ drive to Tarangire National Park. With its savannah, seasonal swamps and upside-down trees, it is well known for its large number of elephant herds. During the dry seasons the Tarangire River, being one of the main sources of water in the area, attracts various animals. After an extensive game drive, enjoyed from the open roof of the vehicle, you will leave the park and travel to Njake for overnight Breakfast, lunch, dinner inclusive
After the breakfast plates have been cleared, you will continue toward the fertile highland where wheat, coffee and corn are grown by the Iraqw people. Passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, you will be able to see the breath-taking Ngorongoro Crater before traveling onwards to the Serengeti National Park, which you will reach by midday. The Serengeti National Park is the largest park in Tanzania with a diversity of landscapes and habitats, such as grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannah and mountains. Here the biggest wildebeest and zebra migration takes place and depending on season you will have the opportunity to witness thousands of animals on their search for nourishment. You will spend the night in the middle of Serengeti at Tumbili Camp site Breakfast, lunch, dinner inclusive
Early morning you will set out on another game drive in the Serengeti before continuing towards the Ngorongoro Crater. After the early morning game drive in the Serengeti which will take about 5 to 6 hours then you will drive to Ngorongoro crater and overnight at Simba camp site Breakfast, lunch, dinner inclusive
After breakfast, we will drive towards the 600-deep caldera. The crater, which formed when a large volcano exploded and collapsed on itself two to three million years ago. Approximately 25,000 large animals, mostly ungulates, live in the crater. Then you will descend in the caldera for a game drive, mammals such as spotted hyenas and the “Big Five” – elephant, rhino, buffalo, leopard and lion are all found in the crater After 5 to 6 hours’ game drive in the crater you will drive back to the campsite to have a hot lunch then drive back to Arusha.
